By using the Chalride platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Chalride account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your profile.
2. Payments & Pricing
Upfront prices are calculated automatically based on distance, traffic, and service category. Once a transaction is completed, payments made via M-Pesa or Cash are non-refundable except in documented cases of rider or merchant fault.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our delivery services to transport illegal items, dangerous substances, or weapons. Violation of this clause will lead to immediate account suspension and referral to Kenyan authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability
Chalride acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent contractors (Riders) and partners (Vendors). We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from trips or deliveries.
